Frequently asked questions

How do you ensure products are safe for young children?

Child-safe products are standard across all our early learning centre work — not an upgrade. We confirm the product list during the walk-through and can provide a list of what we use. If your centre has specific requirements from your licensing body or your director, we'll accommodate them.

Will cleaning happen during operating hours?

No. We schedule before centre open or after close. The timing is agreed upfront and confirmed in writing. Drop-off and pick-up periods are completely off-limits. Children and families shouldn't be navigating cleaning equipment.

Can you provide documentation for NQF compliance or regulatory inspections?

Yes. We provide site-specific checklists and service logs that document what was cleaned, when, and by whom. If your centre is being assessed by an approved provider or ACECQA-related body, we can support your documentation requirements — just let us know what's needed.

What's your approach to high-touch areas like handles, toy surfaces, and switches?

High-touch sanitisation is part of every scheduled visit — it's in the checklist, not a verbal assumption. The specific areas and frequency are agreed during the initial walk-through so nothing gets overlooked because it wasn't written down.

Will we always have the same team?

Yes. We directly manage our cleaners — no subcontracting. In an early learning environment, the same familiar faces mean your director and educators know who's in the building. That matters from a safety and trust perspective.

Pricing is determined by site size, cleaning frequency, access conditions, and compliance requirements. All quotes are developed following a structured site assessment and aligned with recognised industry production benchmarks, including ISSA time estimation standards. This ensures labour allocation is accurate, scope is clearly defined, and service quality is sustainable — avoiding underquoting that leads to service deterioration.
